1. Introduction

Welcome to Wild North. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at wildnorth.org (the "Service") operated by Wild North Conservation Organization ("we," "us," or "our").

5. Educational Content and Workshops

Wild North provides educational content and workshops related to wildlife conservation, particularly focusing on crocodiles, tropical environments, and northern territories. The information we provide is for general educational purposes only.

Workshop registrations are subject to availability and may require advance payment. Cancellation policies will be provided at the time of registration. We reserve the right to modify workshop content, schedules, and pricing without prior notice.

Participation in our workshops may involve certain risks inherent to wildlife education. Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall Wild North, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
